apt-listchanges: Can’t set locale; make sure $LC_* and $LANG are correct!

locale-gen « fr_FR.UTF-8 »
dpkg-reconfigure locales

On édite le fichier ‘locale’ pour ajouter :

vim /etc/default/locale`

`LC_ALL="fr_FR.UTF-8"`
